The robot flexibility enables simple ejection of billets while tool breakage, and practical positioning for nitride application.

Scrap reduction thanks to the use of an automatic scrap rack with robots and a welding system.
Scrapped parts are stored temporarily and used on request, welded with a matching, cut element. In the case of many alloys, this enables the scrap to be reduced to zero.

A powerful billet saw for the highest precision for billets up to 12“. A highly precise limiter system and a specially designed tensioning system also enable short piece sawing.

Spacers are caught using magnets or tongs and deposited longitudinally in spacer boxes. Spacer packs can also be manipulated directly into empty skips for spacer transport without spacer boxes.
