The tasks of our planning department include concept and specification preparation, project execution, electrical planning and documentation. Our planning includes application of effective standards and regulations, as well as customer-specific instructions and customer-oriented standards. Thanks to the use of the newest versions of EPLAN, RUPLAN, ACAD and MS-Office we are able to create structured and user-friendly, complete documentation.
As a part of our “everything from a single source”, we not only deliver and program KUKA, ABB and FANUC robots for your new projects, but also upgrade already existing robotic applications.
Our simulation software enables us collision identification, feasibility studies, cycle time testing and offline programming already during the concept or layout development stage. Another task of our robot programmers including servicing and maintenance of robots. We also provide trainings for operators and maintenance staff.
According to our “everything from a single source” motto, in addition to many other tasks, SPS provides comprehensive planning and design of your mechanical components. Careful planning, including all project-related parameters, provides the basis for competent project development. We create design figures of layouts using professional CAD programs, in excellent 2D and 3D quality.
We develop control and visualisation software tailored to your particular uses. Thanks to the vast experience of our staff and in the field of software development for various fields of automation technology, we can offer you mature and proven standards, such as conveying technology, robotic interfaces, electric suspended tracks and welding cells.
Robot servicing
We maintain not only robots, but also complete installations, regardless of whether they are products of SPS Technik only, or connected with other, existing installation parts.
After-Sales Service
We gladly offer maintenance, servicing and warehouse inspections of your installations.
Simulations and 3D studies are performed to ensure better representation and detailed analysis during the concept development phase. This includes simple feasibility studies using execution simulations of individual sequences, down to comprehensive factory planning, including logistics planning and layout preparation.
SPS prepares and engraves your nameplates, device and feeding plates, as well as all warning plates for your company, made of aluminium, plastics or acrylic glass.
We have implemented Industry 4.0 standards for over 25 years and offer industry-independent, complete installations in all fields of the industry.
